With a polished blade and black handle, Kai Wasabi Black kitchen knives feature a stainless steel blade with a hardness of 58±1 HRC that lend your kitchen the unmistakable Far Eastern flair. Set contains: Kai Wasabi Black 16.5 cm blade Santoku knife, 15 cm blade Utility Knife and 10 cm blade Utility knife.
The series owes its easy-care handling to the water resistant plastic handle - the pleasant feel of which has been achieved by the addition of bamboo powder. The matte black handle and high-polish stainless steel blade are permanently moulded together, ruling out the aggregation of dirt.
The distinguishing feature of the Kai Wasabi Black series is the single-edged blade: the result is a high cutting performance. Developed in Japan these knives add some unmistakably Far Eastern flair to the kitchen.
