If you are not fully satisfied with your product(s) upon receipt you can return them in good condition, within 30 (thirty) days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that all return postage charges are non refundable unless the products or order are incorrect, incomplete or faulty. Select Homeware may not authorise the return of unwanted items after this time.
Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation. To return any items (other than discrepancies and faulty or damaged items), please contact Select Homeware by telephone on 0113 274 2638 or email us with you order number at email@example.com.
The cost of returning and insuring the items is the responsibility of the customer. Returns need to be safely packed, unused, in their original undamaged packaging and fit for resale. Any import duties and original delivery costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be made when the items have been safely received and inspected.
Upon receipt, you will be refunded in full (including the original delivery charge if the goods were incorrect, incomplete or faulty).
If you would like to exchange to a higher priced item we will ask for your agreement to pay the difference, and if the exchange is for a lower priced item, the difference will be refunded to you.

CancellationsThe Distance Selling Regulations allows a cooling off period of 7 days from receipt of goods covered under the legislation. Customers may return goods without reason within this period for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original carriage). Goods returned must be complete, unused, and with the manufacturer’s packaging undamaged. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods until satisfactory receipt will be borne by the customer. To cancel an order under the terms of the Direct Selling legislation the customer should contact Select Homeware in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The customer will be required to return the goods before a refund can be processed.
