Payment
All prices on this website are quoted in British pound sterling and include vat. We accept all major credit cards and also accept payment via Paypal. If you would prefer to make an order by telephone, please contact us on 0113 274 2638, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
Where's my confirmation email?
We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed with your order number and a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your email junk folder. If you are in any doubt that your order has not been received, please contact us.
Delivery
We offer free delivery on all UK orders. Standard domestic orders will be shipped via MyHermes. An email will be sent your email address with the tracking number for your order once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery, although our standard delivery usually takes 3-5 days. We offer an express, next day delivery service via DPD if required. The standard cost for UK postcodes is £6.99. Orders must be received before 1pm for guaranteed next day delivery.
