Quantum Q30 knives feature a 66 layer damascus blade around a core manufactured with super premium VG-10 steel to create an extremely hard cutting edge with 60HRC minimum hardness. This process provides the ideal combination of hardness, flexibility & corrosion resistance. The blade is ground to the classic convex "Hamaguriba" taper profile. The minute variations in the thickness of these layers reveal the stunning pattern characteristic of Damascus steel. The pakkawood handles are finished and detailed by hand.
